Steal My Job, Will You? We'll See About That.

And thus, I am commanded by my own dignity to make an enormous post of all the information and various shenanigans we have yet to post.


The first thing to address is the intriguing '00448444875305' that Blackwood and air have already spoken about.  The name's been generally confirmed to be a phone number that we three can't access on this side of the pond.  If any international villains would be interested in telling us exactly what happened when a call does get through, it would be more than appreciated.


On a larger scale, Thanatos seems to be experiencing a similar mysterious visitor.  Our master was sent a cryptic field report from 1990 titled 'They Have Escaped'.  He posted it on Twitter, and I've reposted it here in case you're too dense or lazy to find it yourself.

The Twelve.  Nine test subjects.  The combination.  'Eleven down-- one more to go".  "Truth Soldier Zero".  Whatever's going on, it has quite a bit to do with numbers.  Which is more than a little annoying, considering letters are much more of my forte.

Speaking of letters and numbers.  Some of you sorry lot seem to have actually made some headway on the combination, according to our master.  Color me surprised.  Maybe I'll take a look into what's been gathered when I feel compelled....

On to the next point of order: Mission Three.  Thanatos' Sin has reached 50 friends on Facebook, earning us one of the two possible rewards and unlocking it.  Here it is for your viewing pleasure.

At least now we know just how the organization deals with their problems.  Search, locate, and destroy.  No monologuing, no grand sweeping gestures.  Simple and utterly dull.  Now, I may be one for planning before execution (key word being before execution, not during or after, air!), but that doesn't mean I forfeit at least leaving a mildly sardonic sign I was there.  These undercover organizations have no sense of fun.


And yet, with the discovery of this ominous Conspiracy12 (oh look, more numbers.  Hooray.), I am intrigued.  I also adore the jab at WikiLeaks, even if it's just because it pisses Blackwood off.  Hah.

What with how quickly Thanatos seems to be rewarding us with pages, I thought I'd organize everything we have so far in order, just for the sake of referencing.  I'll put it in a post shortly after I post this one, along with the files on Conspiracy12 thus far.


And not all rewards are even pages for the developing comic!  We also got a glimpse at our potential allies (or competitors, should the tides turn).

I note with more than a little pride that we three are the only ones wearing legitimate masks.  A little originality was used with some of these masks, at least.  Maybe some of you are actually as serious about this as we are.

In other news, our little trio have been at some of our own shenanigans outside of Thanatos' assignments.  What can we say, we like to keep moving.  It's been mostly innocent marking (as we like to call it) so far, but we filmed a few videos of our routines at some of our favorite haunts.  Here's a few previews.
